Quite often callers calling from a mobile phone can momentarily lose network coverage. If you do get cut off please us on 0818 205 393 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can investigate the cause.
Can I extend the length of my psychic reading?
Yes, you have the option to extend your reading by a further 10, 20 or 30 minutes at the end of the call. Just follow the voice prompts when your reading ends.
Can I return to the main menu and select another reader?
Yes, if you do not connect with your reader you can press the hash key (#) at any time to return to the main menu and select another Psychic reader. (Premium rate calls only).
